Christopher A. Allen

Mr. Allen represents injured parties in auto accident, commercial vehicle, products liability, premises liability, nursing home liability and workers compensation cases. He is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and before the Federal Court, Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois. He is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubble, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

Mr. Allen was born in Mexico City, Mexico and moved to the United States in 1977. He is fluent in Spanish. After attending Chaminade College preparatory in St. Louis, he completed his undergraduate degree at Creighton University. He graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 1996.

While in law school he served as a Faculty Fellow and also clerked for the Honorable Clifford J. Proud, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court, and Southern District of Illinois.

Mr. Allen's extensive trial practice includes both defense and plaintiff work. His trial practice includes litigating serious million dollar injury cases in Missouri and Illinois State and federal courts. He is a current member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, American Association for Justice and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Chris and his wife Kathy, reside in the City of St. Louis with their two children.
