William K. Holland
William K Holland's practice is limited to representing the interests of injured parties in auto accident,
truck accident, and
premises liability cases. He has an extensive background litigating serious injury cases in Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts. He is AV® peer rated by Martindale-Hubble®, the highest rating given for legal ability and ethics.
Mr. Holland has tried to verdict over 34 jury trials and has achieved 14 "million-dollar-plus" settlements, many of which were multi-million dollar resolutions.
William Holland graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992 where he was an elected member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution Law Review. Mr. Holland received his undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1989 and graduated form St. Louis University High School in 1985.
For six years, he served as the youngest elected member of the Board of Governors for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and he continues to be active in state and national bar associations.
More recently, Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyer Magazine named William Holland a Missouri "Super Lawyer", a title that includes less than 5% of all practicing lawyers. In 2006, Missouri Lawyers Weekly once again named Mr. Holland as a "Rising Star in the Missouri Bar", recognizing him as one of 16 attorneys from around the state of Missouri who excelled in their chosen practice area.
