Thomas M. Singer

Thomas M. Singer, Fox, Goldblatt & Singer, PCAs a founding partner of Fox, Goldblatt & Singer, P.C., Thomas M. Singer has been with the firm since its inception over 50 years ago. Jeffrey S. Singer

Jeffrey S. Singer, Fox, Goldblatt & Singer, PCJeffrey Singer has spent his entire career fighting for the rights of injury victims.  He has significant expertise in all areas of personal injury and class actions including auto accidents, truck accidentsdangerous drugs and workers’ compensation.

For the last eight years Mr. Singer has been the managing partner of Fox, Goldblatt and Singer P.C.  He has been nominated and served for the last nine years for the Chief Disciplinary Counsel on the disciplinary committee for the Missouri Bar Association.   He  also serves on the Board of Governors for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.  Recently, he was recognized for his abilities as a Missouri Super Lawyer by the Missouri and Kansas Lawyers publication which identifies the top lawyers in the state.  Mr. Singer is also a life member of Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Jeffrey Singer has extensive litigation and trial experience including handling very complex cases.  He is known as a tough advocate yet compassionate and understanding of his clients needs.  Over the years, he has resolved hundreds of cases successfully for his clients and completed many demanding jury trials.  Mr. Singer has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his injured clients.

Mr. Singer attended Vanderbilt University and St. Louis University graduating in 1991 with the honor of Magna Cum Laude. He received his law degree from Loyola University graduating in 1994.  Since his commencement, Mr. Singer has solely worked at Fox, Goldblatt and Singer P.C. where the firm has remained one of the most respected and established firms in St. Louis.

William K. Holland

William K. Holland, Fox, Goldblatt & Singer, PCWilliam K Holland's practice is limited to representing the interests of injured parties in auto accident, truck accident, and premises liability cases. He has an extensive background litigating serious injury cases in Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts.  He is AV® peer rated by Martindale-Hubble®, the highest rating given for legal ability and ethics.

Mr. Holland has tried to verdict over 34 jury trials and has achieved 14 "million-dollar-plus" settlements, many of which were multi-million dollar resolutions.

William Holland graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992 where he was an elected member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution Law Review.  Mr. Holland received his undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1989 and graduated form St. Louis University High School in 1985.

For six years, he served as the youngest elected member of the Board of Governors for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and he continues to be active in state and national bar associations.

More recently, Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyer Magazine named William Holland a Missouri "Super Lawyer", a title that includes less than 5% of all practicing lawyers.  In 2006, Missouri Lawyers Weekly once again named Mr. Holland as a "Rising Star in the Missouri Bar", recognizing him as one of 16 attorneys from around the state of Missouri who excelled in their chosen practice area.

Christopher A. Allen

Christopher A. Allen, Fox, Goldblatt & Singer, PCMr. Allen represents injured parties in auto accidents, commercial vehicle, products liability, premises liability, and nursing home liability cases. He is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and before the Federal Court, Eastern District of Missouri.

Mr. Allen was born in Mexico City, Mexico and moved to the United States in 1977. He is fluent in Spanish. After attending Chaminade College Preparatory in St. Louis, he completed his undergraduate degree at Creighton University. He graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 1996.

While in law school he served as a Faculty Fellow and clerked for the Honorable Clifford J. Proud, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois.

Mr. Allen’s fourteen-year trial practice includes both defense and plaintiff work. Now specializing in plaintiff trial work, he has tried 20 jury trials to successful verdicts. He is a current member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, American Association for Justice and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Chris and his wife, Kathy, reside in the city of St. Louis with their two children.

Amanda N. Murphy

Amanda Murphy, Fox, Goldblatt & Singer, PCAmanda Murphy joined Fox, Goldblatt & Singer in August of 2007.  She is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois and before the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri.  She received her law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2007, and graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Ms. Murphy is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice.  Ms. Murphy's practice is focused solely on representing individuals involved in personal injury cases.

R. Scott Pecher

Scott Pecher joined Fox, Goldblatt and Singer in April of 2009.  Mr. Pecher's practice is dedicated to the exclusive representation of injured clients in personal injury cases and workers’ compensation cases.  Tirelessly fighting insurance companies, Scott achieves outstanding results for injured clients and their families.  His passion for helping others during their toughest times has translated into substantial recoveries for his clients.

Mr. Pecher is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, as well as the U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.  A St. Louis native, Scott obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Scott and his wife Catherine reside in Ballwin.
