Lori Rhodes v. Sunset Fireworks, et al. – A pregnant woman suffered second- and third-degree burns, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and a premature Caesarian section as a result of a fireworks factory explosion. We obtained a significant settlement for Lori and her family. The settlement led the nightly news on NBC affiliate KSDK, which profiled our firm’s work on behalf of Lori and her child.
