Lori Rhodes v. Sunset Fireworks, et al.  - A pregnant woman suffered second- and third-degree burns and a premature Caesarian section as a result of a fireworks factory explosion.  We obtained a significant settlement for Lori and her family.  The settlement led the nightly news on NBC affiliate KSDK, which profiled our firm’s work on behalf of Lori and her child.  (2006)

Stahl v. ABC Ins. Co.  - Obtained a multi-million dollar settlement for a man burned following a negligent safety inspection by an insurance company.  (2002)

Butler v. Davidson Brothers, et al.  - $2,100,000.00 jury verdict for a man who injured his knee in an auto accident.  (2005)

Confidential v. Confidential  - Secured a $2,000,000.00 settlement for a man with $40,000.00 in medical bills in St. Louis County.   (2010)

Tate v. Barnes Jewish  - $1,930,000.00 jury verdict against a hospital for the family of a woman who suffered a fatal heart attack in the emergency room while hospital security was arresting her son for complaining that his mom was in urgent need of treatment.  (2006)

Doe v. ABC Trucking  - Won a $1,535,000.00 settlement for a young boy who lost part of his foot when he was struck by a slowing truck while playing football in the street.  (2006)

Reed v. General Tire - Secured one of the largest known settlements for the wrongful death of a child in a products liability case involving a tire tread separation.  (2004)

Confidential v. Confidential  - Significant settlement for a family who lost a child due to a drowning accident.  (2007)
